I would like to say that I have had a very good experience since I went to the Sweethome store because of the prices and more importantly the people, especially the excellent consumer service and the excellent help with anything we need.

Faucet arrived with a heavy scratch on the top of the faucet in the most visible place. I sent your customer service an email explaining the problem weeks ago and got no response.

You can’t return the purchase if there was a problem. If you are lucky enough to have them agree to accept it, you will find it hard to get the money you paid for. Such a pain dealing with this store. I will just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot next time.

I ordered two fancy bathroom faucets. Given the company address, I thought they'd ship from the US, but they did ship from China. That being said, they shipped immediately, and arrived very quickly. They were well made, high quality, and heavy duty. I installed them without plumbers putty and had no leaks or issues. The hoses fit my US plumbing, no problem. I can't wait to update more of my fixtures, because these are so unique and make my bathroom more interesting.

Horrible customer service. I tried contacting the customer service phone and sent multiple emails with no response after realizing the faucet we purchased would not work. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

The faucet arrived when expected and we love the deign. Just 4 stars right now ONLY because it won’t be installed until our remodel is complete and we get back in to test it this coming November

No directions, parts missing no clear description of line placement not compatible with all filters systems parts cost over a hundred dollars and 7 hours to install and had to get a plumber to assist sprayer parts are plastic and will eventually peel.

Great communication and professionalism. Shipping was very quick and earlier than expected. I would highly recommend them just for their communication and customer service throughout the entire process.
