NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AT THIS COMPANY. PHONES ARE A MESS AND THEY CAN'T EXPLAIN WARRANTIES OR WERE THERE LOCATED OR WHAT COMPANY MAKES THE FAUCETS. WOW! STAY AWAY!!!
Additional take care of existing fittings and the peoples are very friendly atmosphere.
I had an issue with my order and can't even get a hold on someone that can speak English!! they are scammer and good luck getting your money back. products are also fake.
Installation instructions are very limited. Customer service was like speaking to your neighbors dog.
I have tried to reach out to them several times about a warranty issue and only received 1 message back saying what can we do for you. I was very clear about the issue. Don't trust these people.

Black Single Handle Faucet - website says water saving bubbler to avoid splash. This faucet is not a bubbler and it splashes all over the place including floor. Emailed customer service - no reply. Be aware no drain control either.
This faucet was a perfect addition to our new bathroom in our newly remodeled basement.
