All stuff ordered was delivered next day even though it was the busiest period and media outlets spreading doom and gloom about carriers not getting deliveries on time. Only gripe was about how the 3 for 2 worked. It would seem that the discount is not on the line you ordered 3 of, but the cheapest product - it could be a bit clearer. Overall, I'm happy with price, product range and delivery

We just bought our first inflatable buble-spa from Hottubs uk (an INTEX PURESPA SSP-20 ) and will never buy a "rigid plastic one" again as the "user experience" is great, the purchase cost much less and the running cost the same . The delivery was within 48 hours and without incident. The inflatable can be easily moved, it can be emptied and can come inside in dec-jan-feb ( all spas draw too much electricity in very cold weather ). Ir any major electrical failure occurs the fan-pump-control unit can be changed"overnight". The only extra we would maybe like is perhaps a second inflatable thermal hood to go right over the spa to minimize heat loss even further. We have yet to checkout hotubuk service dept .

I have dealt with HotTubs UK for some time and always found them helpful, offering good discounts to club members from time to time, and free delivery if over a certain amount. We like ECO ONE for our hot tub as it is much kinder to your skin than other chemicals.

The service was good and timely my only complaint is that I received no updates and after three weeks had to phone for information as to possible delivery date. having said that I would use the company again if needed.
