only had the very occasional blip, even they were sorted out without any fuss and quickly. Recent order was delivered in less than 24hrs by normal, not express courier !

Products ordered used before and ok But there was a mixup in addressing the parcel label. Causing confusion. Part of billing address was used together with part of stated delivery address. These are 50 miles apart. Believe delivery house number was used with billing address post code

I've had a hot tub for 4 years and have bought chemicals, filters etc. from various sites. I have now made a note of this site's address because I won't be shopping anywhere else for hot tub requirements. Delivery was fast, price was best found and website easy to use. What more could you ask?

Ordered some spares for my hot tub and prices/shipping charges are fair. Unfortunately communication was very poor, company reliant on automated order confirmation and inaccurate stock levels on website lead to no notification of items being on back order and therefore delayed. This caused some frustration, but package arrived only a few days later than the 3-5 days paid for.

First time using this company for my spa chemicals. Small discount if you register which is a bonus and very quick delivery. My only negative is that 2 of the packages were split inside the box.

Another acceptable delivery along with the service. However I would say that the 1ltr Bromine capsules were only three thirds full. Surely if you say you are selling a litre of bromine granules, it should be filled up. That's my only concern with this delivery.
