As usual very prompt reply from the firm and all goods arrived as they should at a good price.

Items arrived very quickly and were fairly priced.

I made a enquiry about filters for my hot tub & got all the answers through a very helpfull service & then placed a order that arived the next day (how about that) highly recomend.

everything went as it should . I certainly service in the future.

even called me to make sure one detail was right. Would buy again.

I ordered a replacement hot tub lid over the phone after a little bit of back and forth, I paid extra for 1 week delivery and was never told it would be longer or how busy they were. I received a Dispatch notice after the 1 week and expected the delivery to be the next day or the following day, after 9 days when I phoned to check they tell me it hasn't been dispatched and wont be for another 4 days! I work in customer service and would never treat anyone like this, a total farce of miss-communication and lies, very very disappointing. I had several friends waiting to order the same as me but wanted to see how I got on first, you can guess what I will be saying.

Great cover fitted perfectly only issue was not kept up to date with delivery times I had to call to chase once shipped I was emailed and was delivered as stated on email I would recommend them to anyone else who needed a new cover

Great products at the right price & prompt delivery

I have been using this company for some time now (Formerly Splash Spas) & I can honestly say that I have never had an issue. I recently ordered 4 x Eco One Monthly & 1Ltr of Spa Flush and when the order arrived (very promptly I might add) I was missing one of the Eco One's, I rang up to inform them of the problem and without hesitation I was told it would be sorted immediately. And so it was, by 9am the following day the missing item arrived! Never used this company before and was a bit confused when trying to select what filter I needed (my problem). A quick phone call to HotTubsUK and I received a prompt response with detailed information from a friendly HotTubs lady. Placed my order which was promptly delivered to my house. HotTubs will now always be my first port of call when I need replacement chemicals/filters.

I have used HotTubs uk in the past and will certainly continue to use them in the future, the delivery of my purchases was never slow although this time I used next day delivery, and sure enough it was delivered by 11:00. I've never had any trouble with anything I've ordered and they always have what I need in stock. Great job guys
