Paid for overnight delivery to Stonehaven which is fifteen miles south of Aberdeen (oil capital of Europe). Item not received by five thirty next day so rang and left voicemail as office was closed. No response so called again next day about eleven am. Was assured that the lady I spoke to would check with the warehouse and send and e-mail update. Nothing received so rang about five pm. Lady (Jackie) stated that their courier didn't do overnight deliveries to "far north Scotland". Explained that we are not far north Scotland and suggested they advise on their website if that is the case. Lady stated that was too difficult and I stated that many online companies exclude certain postcodes. I was then told "I can do without an abusive phonecall like this at nearly five on a Friday night". She then stated that filter would arrive the next Monday - four days after paying for overnight delivery. I requested a refund and was told that it would be sorted out - their system takes thirty days after which I received £4 of the £8.95!! At no time was I "abusive" - I simply stated the facts. Will never use this company again and would suggest that potential purchasers check very carefully on delivery costs.

I bought the Estelle filter cleaner. Delivery vey quickly. The only quibble is with the manufacturer, it came without o rings. The manufacturer is going to send a set out to me.
