I ORDERED A LOT OF PRODUCTS FROM THEM AND THEY WERE DELIVERED QUICKLY. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE LIDS ON ONE OF THE TUBS WAS LOOSE AND JUST UNDER HALF OF IT WENT ON THE FLOOR AS I PICKED IT UP . Having successfully used EcoOne for many years from Hot Tubs UK, it was great to have a discount weekend with 50% off!. Ordered a years supply with other sundries all of which was despatched promptly and arrived the following day. Great service and will continue to use Hot Tubs UK for many years to come.

Wide choice of chemicals available, and I have just bought in a few months supply of EcoOne at half price to try out. Dramatically reducing the chlorine content has made my tub more user friendly and less prone to skin irritation, as well as being clearer (no oil scum). Delivery has always been prompt, and in my case generally quicker than going to my nearest spa shop.

Hot tub cover is perfect and fits brilliantly. My order took longer than it originally stated. The only complaint I had was the lady on the phone was extremely dismissive and unhelpful when I rang to find out where my order was. It was as if I'd asked an inappropriate question when I enquired where my delivery was. If you don't need to speak to the company I think they do a very good job

Easy web site to use, but you'd better know what you want - the choices are so comprehensive. I didn't find any particular or significant price differences compared to other sites. Though I only required standard delivery, the products ordered were delivered in 24 hours. Just the soert of hassle free process one needs. Well done.

Sorry to only give three stars . The cover is very good and of high quality, the ordering procedure was also very good. I was promised delivery on Thursday 2nd July so I had to take a days holiday to receive it. I had a telephone call on the Thursday morning saying that it was not going to be delivered until the Monday. This was totally unacceptable after making me waste a days precious holiday.
