I was very disappointed by the repair service offered for repair of my hot tub. The engineer failed to keep a first appointment as he had "double booked".. I didn't complain, although I had lost a days work. When the engineer turned up for the second appointment he took two hours to diagnose that it was simply a switch that had been tripped which could be fixed by pressing a button. The company claimed this was a "repair" and charged me £260.00. They had originally promised two visits for this price, but declined to return to fix a leaking pipe on the hot tub.

I have used HotTubsUK for years. Good website & great products. Will be using HotTubsUK for a new cover soon.

Needed a replacement spa filter. Couldn't find one on their website that matched the measurements of mine so emailed the exact measurements and was sent a link to one they said would fit. Even after I queried that it wasn't exactly the right size I was told it would "definetly" fit my spa as it fitted "all" Marquis spas". When it arrived it was incorrect due to different fitments. They wouldn't accept any responsibility and in fact I was blamed for not telling them about the fitments! Wouldn't pay the return postage and were quite rude in their response.

What an easy purchase. Bought hottub filter,easy transaction,then sms with delivery date and time arrived. What else? Think it's best prices on website ;)
