I have to say that my experience with this company is nothing short of first class. I am new to all this hot tub scene, and they have been ever so patient in explaining everything to me. (embarrassingly more than once) I never felt rushed, I always felt the advice I was given was impartial. That for me is invaluable, as everyone's needs and budgets are different. I have purchased a lid and chemicals from hot tubs uk. Both was delivered exactly when the lady on the phone said.
