I placed an order, I have emailed them but no response and no goods. I am getting concerned about the lack of response. I did get a despatch not for delivery on the 8th but nothing arrived

On 11th July 2016 I purchased a bespoke cover from Hot Tubs UK Ltd. When the cover arrived on 22nd August I immediately contacted them as the fold/hinge was along the wrong side, plus other errors, politely stating the issues and asking how they could be resolved. Blame was immediately placed on me that I had ordered the wrong shape cover. I pointed out maybe they should check their Confirmation Order against the drawing I sent and speak with their manufacturer before coming to any incorrect conclusions. Their response was to send me through hoops, measuring and taking pictures of the cover with tape measures in every direction giving the impression the manufacturer was responsible. I pointed out on several occasions my contract and payment was with Hot Tubs UK Ltd and not the manufacturer. Eventually their response, totally lacking any admission of fault or apology, was simply to instruct that I reorder. I informed them I didn’t want any other product through Hot Tubs UK Ltd and requested a full refund. Having the inconvenience of repackaging the cover and storage together with a bank holiday weekend the cover was eventually collected with my refund not received until a week later.

The ordering process seemed easy enough and payment went through immediately. After being advertised as 3-4 weeks wait for delivery I got a call after exactly 4 weeks to query one of the details on the order as they were just about to start manufacturing our new hot tub lid. As I had previously contacted the company to find out what was happening with the order and they said there would be a delay in delivery to 4-5 weeks, I was surprised to find they were just starting the manufacturing process with only 1 week to go. The new lid did indeed arrive exactly 5 weeks after it was ordered so although slow, they did get it here.

Ordered a PMA10 filter from this company. The unit provided does not fit my hot tub. Sent EVIDENCE that I had an original PMA10 Pleatco filter and asked for money back. They refused spoke to a very rude person at their end who argued constantly that they have provided the correct item an refused refund, Recommend you go to another company I shall
