I purchased two pillows with suction cups to go into mt hot tub. They do not stick to the hot tub. Have spoken at Hot tubs about this and they said they would get back to me. So far two days gone by and no one has got back to me.

I purchased 4 items and only 3 arrived, so I phoned to ask why, I was told it must be a warehouse mistake! everybody makes mistakes! on 4 items! There was no apology, just annoyance that I had phoned to say there was a mistake. Customer service non-existant. Won't be using this supplier again.
