Living full time abroad means I rely on friends and family to bring in spare filters for my Sundance Cameo Jacuzzi. I can get them in Cyprus, but their is a better selection in England. This year I was visiting relatives in Tralee, I had already had confirmation that delivery to Ireland was possible a three to five day delivery. Ordered easily on a Friday they arrived in Tralee on the following Tuesday. Slick, easy and very helpful, that is the only way to describe the company.

Ordered cover with 3 to 4 week delivery , money taken immediately , after 4 weeks no sign of cover , tried calling no one answers phone , tried emailing and they couldn't give a date , turns out they don't actually make and it would appear that they cannot phone their contractor for a date , finally got mine after nearly 6 weeks when I told them I wanted money back !

I recently purchased a new hot tub cover and the Price was very competitive, Measurements were spot on and delivery was well within the estimate. Excellent service and will have no hesitation in using them again.

My wife rang to enquire as to when we could expect delivery of our order. She was totally belittled by the female staff member on the end of the line, very abrupt, rude and quite honestly she upset my wife with her vile attitude. My wife enquired as to the staff members name and the line went dead.I am appalled that in this competitive market a company would alllow such disgraceful customer service. Sorry, but the experience totally jaded the whole purchase.

I recently ordered a hot tub lid/cover for my spa. Albeit quite a big commitment financially for us, we decided to get a bit more than a bog standard cover. The website was very informative and showed exactly how to measure the tub for the correct lid dimensions. In addition it gave me options to upgrade the thickness/taper of the lid, double wrap the core and provide some heat retaining enhancements. In a nutshell we went for the middle of the road option and are really pleased. The lid fits perfectly and it is made well. It's nice and light compared to my old one that had a lot of water retention. I also made two calls regarding he delivery and the person on the other end was very informative. I did not pay the extra money for the fast delivery and it came in exactly 4 weeks. I would fully recommend this company for hot tub products. Thanks

Delivery time for a replacement hot tub cover was inaccurate, they stated 3-4 weeks .... It is being delivered in week 6 apparently. I made several attempts throughout the day on a week day to call them but they did not answer their telephone.
