A quick competent service which I always use.
Delivery was quick and the products exactly what I requested. A star all round. Only improvement would be to have a hour/time slot for delivery.
I've used them several times now. The range is excellent, particularly being able to buy obscure filters and parts for an obsolete imported hot tub and the products always arrive on time.

Delivered earlier than expected, strap fasteners not exactly right position but still fasten ok. Otherwise perfect so far and at least ten per cent cheaper than the firm we originally bought hot tub from.
Thank you. This is the 3rd year now i have been with the company and took out a service plan last year which has worked well as not only does this include the cost of my service but spreads the cost. My control panel stopped working and this was also covered in the plan. So all good.
I think this is my third purchase from HotTubsUK. Each time the price has been competitive and the service has been fast and efficient, so I'll be using them again.
Ordered a new tub cover insert the company was friendly and helpful throughout including my follow up calls to better understand the delivery time. One small negative was the driver was supposed to call prior to delivery but just arrived. This didn't cause a major problem and he did carry it to the requested location. The positive customer service we received far out weighed this and I would recommend this company for replacement tub cover inserts.
This was the first time I used hottubuk and they exceeded all of my expectations, good quality cover and really quick delivery. I will be using them again.
I found the part that I needed online and ordered. The item was dispatched the following morning and arrived the next day. Delivery was by tracked courier and we were able to arrange a small change to the delivery on line. We were notified once the parcel was delivered.
