I have ordered from HotTubsUK for many years, All my deliveries have arrived very quickly and their products are excellent value for money.
Ordering was easy. Was keep up to date with the progress of my order from start to finish. The order arrived on the date promised and everything was well packaged and arrived safely. Will definitely use again.
Products are great. The only gripe I have is that they try to charge me £20 approx. for delivery to the Highlands and Islands. Hence 4 and NOT 5 stars. I don't live in the Highlands and Islands. I'm in village near Perth in the central belt of Scotland. No other firm does this. I have to get free delivery to my daughter in Glasgow. Ridiculous.
Hot Tubs have usually been very good but I have had to mark them down this time- no fault of theirs but delivery was very poor.
