I am happy with the Hottub cover I bought. What I was not happy with was the minimal communication I got. My order was confirmed and I was told I would be advised when it would be despatched but was not given any feedback between the two dates...I had to call two weeks after confirmation and ask how long it would take...was told up to six weeks and not to worry I would be advised the day it was despatched...I would have preferred to be given more feedback ..just waiting without any idea how long it would take is stressful. I would expect production control would have had an idea how long it would take and some feedback could be sent to customers. Like...it's in the final stage now,we will be despatching in 5 days For example..
I am very impressed with the service as I ordered before 12.00 one day and it arrived before noon the next day with no extra charge for postage.
The quality of the product is excellent, no complaints at all! The delivery took a little longer than first indicated - but summer holidays may have had something to do in there! During the wait period for delivery I did contact the company by phone and was requested to contact them by e-mail, a bit strange, could I have been put through to the appropriate dept? I eventually received a reply and all was good. Many thanks.
