Raised various queries re coverage of existing contract - resulting in a new contract being offered and agreed - and at a lower cost. The Supanet agent was super efficient, responding to a stream of queries very quickly and efficiently.

Awful!! AVOID at all cost. Extremely rude service and no resolution for complaint. After over a month still no service. When finally cancelled (never having used their service!!) they charged us £390 cancellation fee!! And apparently because of their contract this is acceptable. Spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get help setting up. When asked for support they were prepared to charge over £200 for an engineer visit. No initial engineer visit. They should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting. Very very angry and cheated EX customer.
