I have been having problems with my internet and dealing with the Tech department their rep being a gentleman called Matthew. I don't usually write reviews unless I have outstanding service. Matthew has advised me on getting the problem solved and this appears to have been addressed, a polite man who deserves a review in the way he has dealt with my issues. Well done Supanet and Matthew.

My webmail stopped. It appears to have followed a request for privacy matters which I restricted. However, there was no explanation or solution given. Your contact told me what to do but it would have helped if there was an explanation on on your website.
