Stormforce, though delivering an adequate PC, fell short of completing the order. It was advertised on their website as including a free game Company of Heroes 3 and indeed that appeared on their order confirmation and invoice. However, this was not included and upon enquiring it was stated that this was just a mistake. I was offered a free mouse mat as compensation which I refused claiming the cost of the game for me to purchase. Again refused. This does not give me any confidence in purchasing any other item from them or valuing their three-year warranty. Update: I was contacted by Stormforce customer services and was offered a CD key for the game. This was activated through Steam and has resolved my issue. I've updated by score accordingly.
I recieved my new Gaming pc from Stormforce 3 days earlier than expected! I was unsure about the instalation so called customer services which were so helpfull and resolved my issue straight away! Great after sales service!
Recently purchased a gaming PC from storm force. Delivery was very fast and the PC is exactly what was i was hoping for. Now just need to figure out how to activate the warrany on the website.
When called up for an enquiry, I wasn't on the phone for long, they answered my query quickly and sent me information I needed.
The contact that storm force have is second to none they are very helpful and they cannot do enough to help. the delivery was brilliant too the pc had to be built because of a part they had to get but as soon as it was there the pc was built, tested and with me within a day. if i ever need any other ps things my first stop will be stormforce

I telephoned a few times prior to buying. There was no delay on the phone line and got put through to a technician immediately. Staff were very helpful talked me through the process of ordering a bespoke gaming computer and making suggestions for product adjustments. No hard sell, I said what I wanted to achieve and was guided through options. Another consideration was the 3 year collect and return warranty.
Fast service, got exactly what I ordered already fully setup and working straight out of the box. The team kindly helped advise me in aftercare when I wanted to install my own SSD into the system, and provided pictures and information on how to do this.
