Ordered via phone & paid via bank transfer. Day of delivery I was told driver wouldn't deliver as payment not received. Desperate for delivery I paid again. After many telephone calls and me having to collect evidence from my bank I was reimbursed second payment. Very unhelpful staff & I received no apology. Goods & price fine but I would not use again.

The assistant in store was very helpful @ knowledgeable about the machine we was looking into buying. Good price from a local business. We was able to collect the machine the same day with no additional cost. My washing machine was up & running the same day.

Jazz who served us was helpful and polite. We are pleased with our Hotpoint cooker and microwave. The people who delivered and installed our cooker were also very good, helpful and polite. My one feedback to Hotpoint would be to make the timer bleep a bit louder. We will definitely shop at Stellinsons again and also recommend it to our friends.

I would highly recommend Chris from Stellisons Brentwood. Chris made purchasing new kitchen appliances a stress free experience. From the outset, he put me at ease and was able to answer all my queries, calling me regularly to keep me updated on progress. It was a pleasure to deal with Chris and team!
Washing machine came with instruction manual in the drum which had the child lock on. During a number of phone calls, Neil at the Kiln Road branch persevered to help me disengage the lock to allow us to operate the machine. Very patient and helpful.
