Quick and efficient
Jasmine is a credit to Stellisons!! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product. I was looking for an under the counter freezer with very limited space and the depth was a lot less than the conventional freezer. Jasmine made it seem effortless in matching me to a variety of products that not only met the measurements but also met the capacity requirements that I thought I was going to have to compromise on. Issue with the appliance installation was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
Just been into the Colchester store 13.30 today to buy a 5 burner gas hob . The were no other customers in store at this time . The guy was sitting behind the counter looking at his phone seemingly oblivious I was there , I wandered about and eventually found a few hobs at the back of the store . I returned to the front of the store , he was still frowning into his phone , I hung about giving out buying signals but to no avail . As J lift another guy in a grey jacket was puffing away on a cigarette around the side . Been a happy customer of the Chelmsford store so I chose to return but I think I will look online . We had to return a microwave which was faulty and the whole process went smoothly. The staff member who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable about an alternative product and we found a replacement quickly. Would definitely shop here again.
