Happy with helpful, knowledgable salesman at colchester shop. Happy with a very jolly delivery man. Only thing wrong was a very late afternoon delivery which would have been fine if they had contacted me a.m. with just an estimated time of delivery and perhaps updated me if necessary. A phone call just 30mins beforehand really wasn't sufficient and in this day and age it would be very easy to keep customers aware of the situation with even just a text or 2 as the day progresses
Not your fault my wife had a fall earlier in the garden so we advised you about maybe going to a a and e We were put to back of installation queue Not enough to show us operations

It took three attempts to get a fridge freezer that wasn’t damaged , but they did deliver the next day so all sorted and ok.

Stellisons were able to use their integrated appliance team to take out and fit the new washer/dryer. The communications from the on site engineers was excellent as well and the administration team whom had to rebook the installation due to the lack of information from me. Very pleased with the product and service Stellisons have provided.
