Bought on line from their web site. Very easy to use. Confirmation came by email. On the delivery day we were given a call about 30 minutes before delivery. Both men were polite, helpful and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Big shout out to Stellisons, great local company.

The member of staff who dealt with me was very helpful. I had the item delivered and put in place and the old one taken away, all done very quickly and cleanly and at a time that was very convenient. The weather was dreadful but they did a great job.

The Stellison shop could not be more helpful but when it came to delivery that was another matter. The fridge freezer was available for delivery the next day, told drivers would text me half an hour before delivery this never happened. They turned up at 3pm, I live near a school, and the team delivering took one look at the F/F to be taken out, they didn’t want to do it as it was a Friday and “they had more deliveries to be made”. I had to wait another eight days for it to be delivered. Again no text message about timing. Delivery men arrived late one Saturday night, took out old F/F and fitted a wine cooler. Cooler door opens and catches a draw which will bring off the veneer if left this way as it is not level, again they had to rush off as more deliveries. I am waiting for my handyman to come and fit it properly so as not to take front of my kitchen draw.
