The salesman was well informed and helpful. The delivery men dealt bravely with carrying the machine downstairs. I was glad they took the old one away.
Competitive price for dishwasher quoted over the phone and matched in store, without propting. Went into store to look at different models. Advice offered and given, we were not pressured to buy or upscale. On hand for information if required, otherwise we were left to browse which was great. Purchase easy and machine delivered 2 days later by helpful guys who reminded us to register our purchase and which options to use. Which as it turns out was useful linformation. Stellisons Brentwood is always our go to for electricals.

We had an appliance in mind. After phoning and requesting appliance availability and delivery were very pleased with the service we received. On delivery staff were quick, efficient and very jovial.

The whole process was excellent, the young man who served us in the showroom was knowledgeable and polite , the delivery was only two days later and the two delivery men were excellent they also fitted the new machine .
The first machine we received was faulty, this happens and whilst annoying that was not down to Stellisons. 10-days later and we have finally had a new machine installed, and that is the issue we are unhappy with. Why did it take 10 days from the initial delivery to having the replacement installed. We explained fully after the first one failed to operate exactly what the issue appeared to be [internal to machine] and that water pressure was not the problem; that latter fact seemed to become a mantra for Stellinsons despite our assurances and the first installation crew testing and acknowledging the same. So why send a second installation crew down without a replacement machine available? They were here minutes before they too acknowledged that the water pressure was not even a hint of an issue and staying that they would arrange a replacement. Had someone had the foresight to put a replacement machine on the van as a precaution against us having told the truth, today’s third visit and eventual exchange would have not been necessary. Poor service and customer experience - your sales and installers work and politeness saved you from no stars, as generally very disappointed.
