Looked after our new Rangemaster in their stores until we were ready to have it delivered after a major leak in our kitchen prevented us from having it fitted. Once that was sorted delivery and fitting was really efficient, with great communication and friendly service.
The freezer was delivered on time. The old one was taken away and the new one installed very carefully. Slick operation.
Couple of hiccups with upright freezer ( not Stellisons fault), shop staff, delivery guys and help centre (ten out of ten Margaret) all very helpful and courteous
Tony at the hornchurch branch served us for our previous kitchen .The personal service was great then so we decided to go back to them. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. They are not pushy but guide you into the best product for your preference. Delivery was held for a few weeks and they came and dropped the products off straight into kitchen area on the days requested. One of the items was on back order and they kept me informed of availability and delivered that as well. Great company, great service,local and friendly
