The important feedback I think is that from the sales representative through to the guys who did the installation, my experience was exceptional and I am very happy to absolutely Stellisons to anyone reading this review. Their people are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. I nearly docked a star from the rating due to the lead time for delivery. But I couldn't do it as I appreciate that Stellisons are in the hands of their suppliers and its not their fault. However, it did have a slight impact on my overall customer experience but not enough to reduce my rating. I will be very happy to buy from Stellisons again and can recommend them without hesitation.

As always, Alan at the shop was really helpful when I told him what I needed from a washing machine he knew exactly which one I should get. We got paid up and delivery booked. £50 for getting rid of my old one and installing the new one! Alan Let me know when they would be coming delivery and installation guys were fantastic! Really friendly, super efficient. They came in got rid of my old washing machine they fitted the new washing machine. I’ve had no problems with it, absolutely nothing to complain at all. Really nice guys
The staff were informative and helpful. I wanted a mid priced washing machine without a complicated program and that is exactly what I bought. Activating my 5 year warranty wasn't quite so straightforward but this was resolved by a phone call to Stellisons. I have purchased several items from them over the years and have always been very satisfied with their service.
Stellisons Canterbury have the best appliance showroom I have seen. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, unfortunately when my cooker was delivered and switched on it blew my electrics! Obviously a fault with the cooker, not Stellisons fault, upon contacting them they immediately organised a replacement, good customer focus I would say.

After experiencing problems trying to order a washer dryer through the Stellisons website I phoned the shop and my order was processed quickly and efficiently. A later problem with the installation was resolved in a timely manner. However the work carried out by their installers was shoddy and unsatisfactory. For this reason I have given this review 3-stars
