Briliant service in store, really informative about product without being "pushy". Easy to arrange delivery date and follow up phone call prior to delivery arriving. Website slow and not easy to use, so called on the phone. The difference was immediate. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Arranged my new fridge/freezer over the phone and had deilivered the day we wanted it it. The delivery guys were amazing and very accomodating as they onlt way to get it in is by going around the house and through back. No complaining just happy to help!! Would highly recomend.
