I needed a new washing machine after my very old one suddenly stopped working. Ben in the Chelmsford store helped us select an appropriate replacement product and contacted the manufacturer to check it should fit in the space. He also arranged delivery the following day. 48 hours after going into the store we had a lovely new machine in place and plumbed in, in spite of some roads into our village impassable due to flooding. Stellisons is our go-to place for white goods. You can always find what you are looking for and get some helpful advice instore as well. We bought a tv and a chest freezer which were both delivered a few days later. If we don't all keep using our local stores they will disappear.
