The sales men at the Ipswich branch were very helpful. I dealt mainly with Matt who was very efficient and his advice was invaluable. Im having a new kitchen and utility and bought all my appliances from them.

Good advice before we bought. Initial delivery came when the said. Unfortunately, when unwrapped, there was a problem with turning the door (not Stellinsons fault). However, a new fridge was delivered within 3 days and all is now fine!

With a house move pending, we called at Stellisons on the 9th December on the offchance that they had the ideal fridge freezer we were looking for (and to save us a trek to Currys!!). Looking on line at options had been fruitless. Greeted by Daniel who, in the space of about 3 minutes and a 25ft walk down the shop, had established our needs, steered us away from a 60/40 split and shown us the Liebherr 5704 50/50 split fridge freezer!! It was perfect in every sense and the deal was done along with a Blomberg washing machine. £1100 handed over. Now, for whatever reason, our long discussion about house completion on the 5th Jan and delivery required for the 6th January did not make it onto the system so when I called on the 5th January to check delivery times, to be told the Liebherr was not in stock and no delivery of any sort was scheduled, you can imagine I was pretty cheesed off. You might have heard that moving days can be pretty stressful and this topped it off (we had NO TV signal of any kind in the new house as well!!! Aaagghhh). Spoke to Daniel who confirmed no Liebherr delivery or stock ( as with other retailers we checked on that day). To his credit, he suggested we take the showroom model (which was pristine) and delivery could be set for both items on Monday 8th. A proportionate discount was agreed as well. I wasn't convinced, but there is, of course, a much higher power to whom all things kitchen related must be referred. It was a "Yes" from her so on the Saturday morning we went to the shop, confirmed condition and agreed delivery. I guess this is where the initial service Daniel provided helped Stellisons - the delivery issue was human error in some form, but overall service been excellent. So much so that we ended up buying a new microwave there as well. Items arrived Monday as promised. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful despite it beimg 6pm, freezing cold and still one drop-off to go. So, let's say 0.4 stars dropped for the delivery mix-up and round it up to 5 stars

Outstanding Customer Service throughout We ordered an oven in Early October from the Southend shop after being assisted in our purchase by an attentive and knowledgable Sales Person (Alex). The oven was delivered within one week, arriving as scheduled Unfortunately the model we chose proved after the statutory one month's use appeared to have inherent design fault cooking unevenly side to side The Manager (Lance) did not hesitate to arrange for a replacement with the same model but this had the same fault He accepted our request to choose a higher spec model of the same brand as a third replacement with the same good grace and patience throughout and at a goodwill price. Each of the 3 deliveries we had was by different teams each of which were punctual, respectful of our property and gave helpful advice and demonstrations We were pleased that this 3rd oven cooked our Christmas and New Year meals much better than it's predecessors so hope our next visit will be as a repeat satisfied customer for another appliance, not one with a problem

When I phoned shop, very helpful, easy purchase and very quick availability. The men collecting and delivering extremely helpful and managed the difficulty of removing my old fridge without complaint and very efficiently.

Purchasing experience was pleasant. Sales assistant was helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to negotiate a competitive price. Installation of the unit was completely hassle free. Fitted on day and time promised and very courteous and efficient tradesmen. I would certainly recommend Stellisons as a supplier of electrical appliances.

Very easy to order on line, competitive with price and a range of payment choices. Very prompt with delivery, we only went for the delivery not for the additional collection of old appliance or installation, but very happy. Would certainly use Stellisons again.
