Excellent service from start to finish. Sales people very helpful and not at all pushy. Had to have a new integrated fridge freezer installed. At first there were issues with the door of the fridge which turn out to be the hinges on the kitchen cabinet. THese were replaced the next day without any problem. All now seems to be fine and we are very happy. We have used Stellisons several times over the years and I would highly recommend them for excellent service.
I bought a Bosch fridge/freezer about £50-£100 off the price that other outlets were selling it. From ordering to delivery everything was done efficiently and the staff were friendly. I can’t complain about anything and the delivery was free.
The tv was easy to order and arrived on time. However the phone number on the invoice went unanswered so I couldn't get Advanced warning of when in the day it would arrive. When the phone call came it was from a different number entirely.

If you want to experience first class customer service look no further than Stellisons Ipswich. We had an issue with our new fridge/freezer which needed a replacement door that had to come from Germany. We were advised of what was happening every step of the way and if we needed to contact Stellisons everyone who answered phone was aware of the situation without us needing to explain the same story several times over - a rare occurrence in this day and age! We would certainly recommend this Ipswich store without hesitation.
