They are a friendly and well informed team who made us feel very welcome and met every need. When we needed one item replacing, they immediately placed a replacement and arranged delivery as soon as it arrived.

I already knew what I wanted having looked online before my visit to the store. The sales person took my order for the tumble dryer for it to be delivered to the store, rang me the next day to say it had arrived and we collected that afternoon.
Good sales knowledge as they knew straight away that they would be able to remove and deliver a large range cooker into my kitchen - another well know electrical store were unable to to this .

Really good service from start to finish. I phoned to enquire about delivery times and opted to pay to ensure a morning delivery as I was going to be away in the afternoon- was told it would be between 8 and 12. The delivery guys phoned ahead of time and dropped off shortly after 8 - 2 really helpful guys who happily took the item down a set of awkward stairs which was a great help. Service all the way from initial phone enquiry right up to delivery was excellent- would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from the man on the phone who took the order to the delivery guys who were polite, friendly and extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful. We have bought from them before but the customer service was even better this time round.

Your service was good. Have brought from you before. I was disappointed with the people that came to fit dishwasher. They didnt fit it properly. I had to call them back in. He seemed annoyed and made me feel uncomfortable.
Good, helpful and informative Manager in the local shop in Colchester. However when delivery was arranged the delivery crew were not very experienced and didn't know how to take the tumble dryer off the top of the washing machine. Hence having to wait for delivery a few more days. However all well a few days later and pleased with the new washing machine.
Chatty and pleasant. Reminded about the 4 lock bolts on the washing machine.

Had to give one star as can’t give them no stars, ordered an integrated fridge freezer via euronics site, paid for installation as thought it would make life easier for me, came home to a disaster, Doors don’t close due to unit not being installed correctly, had to remove them and make a bracket for unit, had to pack door sliders with washers as fridge door not shutting fully, guys who installed it told my wife to make sure it was closed because of this, I have emailed stellisons and phoned them as well as euronics to ask for a refund for installation and send the brackets required for correct installation, been ignored and calls not answered, very disappointed and won’t be ordering from euronics or stellisons again.
