Stellisons' staff are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prices are competitive.
My washing machine broke down on 25th May - a bank holiday weekend. I went into Stellisons that morning and they were most knowledgeable and helped me to choose a replacement. They arranged delivery on 29th and I paid a small fee for having it installed and the old machine taken away. It arrived as expected and the two young men were most helpful and polite. It was not easy to install but they did an excelled job. This is the fourth appliance I have bought from Stellisons during the past 10 years and I would not go anywhere else.

When ringing for info Mark in Ipswich was very helpful.After being delivered Jake from Colchester branch came around and set it all up for us. Being in our mid 70s we are not great at setting up apps etc.Jake did it all and was great at doing it. He was very patient with his explanation of what he was doing for well over an hour and made sure we were happy how everything worked before leaving.Great all round trouble and stress free experience.
