Fridge purchase. I ordered a fridge freezer, when it arrived it was much smaller than I had anticipated. Rang stellisons, no issue at all, despite the item having been unpacked. Delivered a new replacement two days later, and picked up the first fridge. Excellent customer service at all points

The sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable. They sorted out my requirements quickly and efficiently.
Short lead time was good, item arrived in good order, delivery men were polite and careful and phoned when they were 45 minutes away. The only issues we had with our order were the initial delivery date was different to the one agreed on our phones in order, and the wrong county was shown on the confirmation paperwork, so we had to phone to get these errors amended. (Stellisons were quick and efficient to e mail corrected delivery confirmation.)
Dishwasher delivered much earlier than I had originally expected. Installed speedily and efficiently. Delighted.
