Product is very nice and I especially enjoyed basically paying retail for stuff as I am so used to that from other vendors.

An absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or your money here. Long story short we had to buy all new pieces and when I went to return our StairSupplies items it would have cost me more money than to just keep them.

Ordered one stair rail to match a previous bought stair rail from another store. Descriptions at both stores was EXACTLY the same. The one that was received from Stair Supplies was an inferior piece of wood that was NOT a solid piece and noticeable different wood grains when stained. Contacted customer service with pictures and the response was - " We cannot guarantee what the end product will look like. I am sorry it was not what you were expecting. To be honest, you would be hard pressed to match a handrail to an existing one. Hope you are well". No way would I recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Great products! The site was a bit confusing at first but you'll get your hang around it. The price was a bit high as well but you'll get your money's worth.

I needed a railing to secure a patio that leads to a staircase. I needed something that closely matched my existing deck area. After speaking with Jordan Enfield. I was sure I found the right company and representative to make sure I could complete my project. I must say. For never doing an aluminum railing system. I was surprised at how well engineered these systems are. From a good guidance manual. To having a few spare components included in the kit. To having the correct tools necessary to complete the job. I am extremely pleased to have chosen Stairs supplies to make my project a success. In addition. The finished product looks amazing. Thank you.

Shipped product late; never notified; had to push off 3 contractors; would never use this company again; poor supply chain management skills.

Well after several bumps in the road the project is done and my customer is ultimately pleased.  During the installation we came across several design oversights, we contacted Stairsupplies and they made the corrections immediately.  Sending out replacement parts in a very timely manner.   My customer is already planning railings for the smaller deck on the rear of the house.

I ordered cable railing in mid April 2020. It took over a month to receive the order, Ok that worked. I verified all items when I received the order and lined up installers. Turns out the item listed on the box was not what was in the box. I contacted Stair Supplies explained the issue and sent photos. It was agreed it was not the correct post and they supplied a return Authorization ( I pay shipping for their defective post ,wow) Since then I have had no resolution.I have contacted numerous times and mostly no response at all, or, we are woorking on it blah blah. This has gone on for almost 4 months. I am dumbfounded by the lack of customer service.

I ordered cable stair rail for my residential remodel project. So pleased with the end result. While I did run in to a few bumps (short of cable for example), but Ben the Project Manager was very responsive and helpful. Thanks! I love my new staircase!

Excellent product. Beautiful work. Delay in suppling hardware, but completely understandable in the midst of COVID. Delay explained and hardware arrived within a month. All products carefully packed and arrived in great condition. Will order from them again.

The order was placed just before shelter in place happened and I was given the impression that it included their production line. I sent an email but never heard back, leaving me to wonder if the order was going to be fulfilled or was I out my deposit. Just before I placed a replacement order with another company I was notified of my delivery date. The material is of high quality, but there was missing communication during what I appreciate has been a difficult time.

Hello, so I found this company online and I'm so glad, Anthony Ricchio was the person who helped me and made sure this project went well, quick and smooth. I live in NJ AND needed a company that would work fast and do to Covid-19 I could not have anyone in my home so designing it and ordering it was a breeze....Omg, handrailing turned out spot on and amazing, beyond thrilled and happy with how everything turned out.

I was hoping to get the shipment a little sooner but everything was there and in good shape. The product was easy to put together and it turned out great.

Have not received product yet but am extremely disappointed in the no cancellation policy. Lead time before order even ships, not is delivered but just ships, is 3 weeks. I find it difficult to believe that it is impossible to cancel an order with that kind of lengthy wait period for manufacturing. I could understand forfeiting a portion of the refund for canceling an order, but a strict no cancellation policy is an outdated practice and reeks of poor customer service.

The product itself is excellent - when I ordered they gave me a delivery date and I had to constantly follow up - it was 2 weeks late (tried to give some slack due to COVID) - when I installed, I realized they shorted me some pieces so called and they were wonderful and I was told they would send them right out - 2 weeks later, those parts haven't arrived and customer service hasn't responded to my messages so my rail remains unfinished

Needed to exchange posts that purchased. Was told no returns. Very disappointed to the fact that they are so expensive.
