Stair Supplies was very easy to work with. The diagrams and pictures made it easy for me to design what I had in my mind of what we wanted. The product was delivered just like I was promised. We haven't put it up yet but the wood is beautiful, all the pieces are here and we are looking forward to the change it will create in our home.

I tried to make phone contact with Vicky Simmons twice to be sure of the Demi sound of baluster’s I ordered. I only received a response that stated the same as the item. It did not provid the information I requested. I therefore received 6 balusters that were the wrong length. When I tried (twice) to as about returning the incorrect balusters, I got no response. I can’t believe a company that will not respond to their customers.

The product was well priced, but the finish product did not match may stair rail. Had to custom fit it.

I worked with Mark for weeks on putting together what was best for my project and he was always responsive, willing to change parts and pieces, budget friendly and never pushy. I had to end up going with someone local but I would have been very happy to work with Mark and this company. He was never rude or impatient even when I had to explore closer options. Great customer service!!

Darby in sales is a professional at his job, very easy to work with and knows his product. The quality of the product is very good and the shipping was very fast and packed well, no damaged product. A truly pleasant experience.

Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, from the first call to ask questions, to the ordering, the delays due to the weather in Texas and the shipping as soon as possible. I had explained to them that my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and we needed the railing so he could get upstairs to our bedroom. Duke was so helpful in every way possible. I enjoyed working with the company.

Product is good but could use better instructions to get going. Shipping prices are a bit ridiculous if they want to stay competitive.

Very nice products provided by a very good outfit. Prompt takeoffs and pricing and reasonable delivery times. Final installation is nothing short of stunning in appearance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are just out to make a sale and once the product is shipped...you work with the most unintelligent people in customer support. I have received no support as to my issue, the only thing customer service is worried about is a piece that was missing from my shipment. They are not concerned that the designer didn't tell me that I needed a four inch clearance in order to use this product...which I do not have. Worst company I have ever tried to work with! This product is definitely going back!

Everyone I dealt with was great to work with. They helped me design the job and made sure I had all the parts I needed to install the railing. The rail system was easy to install and looks great

Good material. Bad support. Blame customers on oversees of their own lacks. Example #1: floating floor cannot be screwed down with posts. I needed to get a third party company to create post covers that allow for floor to be floating (gap of 1/4 inch around the post). When explained and ask to return not used cover ports, they refused because I never mentioned floating floor (blame customer for things they didn't address). Example #2: Screws are too long in most cases and don't make a solid attachment to subfloor. I had to provide my own. Example #3: Missing material that require reshipment. I had to wait for another week to be able to complete the job. I will not recommend these supplies in the future.

Took a few weeks to get order but was kept informed with timetables. The product, components were of very high quality. Worth the cost and highly recommend the company and product line.

We have a new home that needed stair rails and after various failed attempts at getting a ..contractor we found your business that offered the finished product So we did research, measured, checked what the codes are and ordered the railing. After delivery and more YouTube research we installed them and are very pleased with the product and the finished results. Thank you. Loren Artz

I have ordered few items after checking with sales people, they said everything is in stock and they will ship it in 2 days. But I didn't get any update even after a week. I called customer service, but they said items are not in stock and they have to back order it. Very nice business!!!! Please beware.

Great customer service! Items were packaged carefully and with plenty of protection. I was given a production date and a week before shipping I needed to change the type of wood from poplar to oak on the newel posts. They made the change and only moved the delivery date by a couple of days. Very easy to work with. The newel posts are installed and look beautiful.
