Parts for flue arrived quickly having had a new boiler fitted and flue bend was missing waited 2 weeks for replacement, got bored so went online here in 6 days original still not here ,boiler now running properly, only niggle box had no tape on it and arrived damaged with goods on the outside luckily nothing missing 🤐

Great service. They even called up after I'd made the order to confirm the boiler has been dispatched, which was particularly reassuring as I'd been let down by other companies. The boiler arrived very quickly and the delivery driver was very really friendly and professional as well.
You know what a company is really like when something goes wrong. An item was missing from a delivery. Once I notified them it was sent with next day delivery without any issues. So I will be continuing to use this company especially as their prices amongst the lowest.
