Update 2023-01-18: I am pleased to confirm that this matter has been settled to my satisfaction. Part of the problem was that for several weeks I thought I was setting up the device incorrectly, not realizing that it was the wrong device. If I had realized that, then I should have followed the Amazon protocol (Problem with order/What went wrong/Different to what I ordered/Contact Seller). Instead, seeing no appropriate protocol relating to set-up assistance in Amazon's list, I attempted to contact the seller independently of Amazon, but this failed, owing to an incorrect email address. So rather than SparesDirect ignoring my emails, they weren't receiving them in the first place. I have now been refunded for the incorrect item. Original review: I ordered a Honeywell T3R Y3H7 10RF0053 wireless thermostat. The item sent out was a different product T3H700RF0096 which behaves differently, although the invoice was for the T3R Y3H7 10RF0053 (possibly illegal). Spares Direct has completely ignored several emails (which I have copied to Honeywell). Do not do business with this company!

i ordered boiler from them and received wrong need combi but got system spoken to them around 5 times got recording and overtime got same answer that someone will contact us back and sort out but no one contacted yet. bad response

The worst service ever! I’ve ordered my goods 9 days ago, paid £20.00 for express delivery,…..still haven’t received my stuff! Really,really, disappointing! I don’t think I will deal with this company anymore!
