We needed a replacement part for our boiler urgently - we were without hot water and central heating. We ordered from Spares Direct with DHL delivery. Unfortunately, DHL were terrible and the part didn't turn up (eventually a box of bedding did - presumably someone else's!). Spares Direct were fantastic througout, responding rapidly when I told them the parcel had gone missing, even out of normal hours, and immediately dispatching a replacement part with a different courier that arrived just now. I can't thank everyone at Spares Direct enough - they have gone above and beyond to get us warm again. Absolutely superb customer service.
