I have given a five, due to the cost and delivery time. Two bottles of propane and delivery for the same price of one bottle from most suppliers. Good service and fast delivery.
PERSONEL AND DELIVERY WERE EXCELLENT. Slightly damaged on arrival but a replacement arrived within two days. The people I talked to on the phone couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful and I would recommend Spares Direct very highly.

The part was not protected very well for delivery by DHL from Ireland to Lincolnshire. It has had a rough ride and been back to the DHL depot twice as per their delivery record which I have seen on-line. Took eight days to arrive at my local collection point.

I purchased an oil fired boiler from Spares Direct. The price was the best available and the service excellent. After ordering I received a polite telephone call asking if I'd be in as the boiler would be delivered two days later. It was! Thank you.
Not received my delivery yet. DHL says there is a delay. I paid for next day delivery!
The communication was excellent from order to delivery.
I was guided by the price and the 2 day delivery, unfortunately they didn't say they were on holiday so 2 days delay, had a message saying they had delivered, but the goods didn't arrive for another 2 hours, what was disappointing was my request for an invoice was not acted on, still waiting.
