Only recieved part of the order, no email or call to say when the rest of the order will follow. That’s after a 1 week delay via DHL on the first delivery.

Had issue with parcel delivered to wrong address even though correct address and eircode was provided emailed customer service twice to get shipping refunded but no reply. James o'shea.

The photocell in my oil burner went belly up just this week. Spares Direct Belfast had the exact part I was looking for and at an incredibly low price of less than €12. The part was promptly dispatched and was delivered to my door from Belfast to Cork for 8am the next morning. The house is lovely and toasty again all thanks to Direct Spares Belfast. I'll be recommending Spares Direct Belfast to all my friends and family and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Was bit concerned having read the reviews - realised they were old ones - All came out VERY good indeed. Bought boiler (package) as was cheaper than other sites in UK. Had great over the phone help & in 'chat' in deciding which one and how to apply the discounts. And then it was deliverd 48hours later to UK! couldnt believe it considering the state of postage currently. Spot on product, service, price. Def recomend company. Couriers kept me informed. At one point they werent coming down my slim street in large lorry, but I was able to meet them to recieve it on schedule.
