Arrived quickly but Jiffy bag is not sufficent to send a delicate central heating box in, as a result the box was damaged (squashed in delivery) This item is advertised as new, but screwdriver marks (slight digs) around the outer plastic housing (opening access) suggest this unit has been opened up before. I have plugged the unit in (2 hours so far) and the intials tests suggests the unit is working - it does say 5 years warranty on the box so we will see.
