The products are great, and Solid Apollo LED is a great site to order from. However, using USPS was a terrible option. USPS picked up the package on Jan 13, and was delivered on Feb 3, a full three weeks later. To make it worse, the package made it to the city of its final destination on Jan 24. My package was circulating my city for a full week before it arrived. USPS shouldn’t even be offered as an option.
Good products, fair price and quick delivery
Solid Apollo is a SOLID choice for your LED needs. I've been using their products since 2015 to produce environmental graphics and illuminated signs. Their website is very thorough and handy for specifying components for your project. Products are always in stock, I've never experienced an "out of stock"! On the rare occasion I've spec'd the wrong component, they are happy to replace or refund. Consistant, reliable, service everytime. I would not hesitate to recommend Solid Apollo.
Custom-length LED light strips — being used to light a display niche in our front hall — are perfect! My only comment is that the plastic clips to retain the strip are not quite aggressive enough, the strip pops out easily.

Great 5 star company! Customer service is very knowledgeable about their products, and always answers any questions, takes my order quickly, and fast shipping. AAA+++ I've been using these guys for years to supply my neon rope lighting that is used in our custom business signs, and chandeliers. Never an issue with these guys.

Awesome system
Website is easy to navigate. Found exactly what I wanted and it arrived astoundingly fast. I'd absolutely order again when I need a similar product, which I haven't installed yet because it's too cold on the porch right now.

I have been buying LED products from the for over 10 years and need had an issue with costumer service, shipping or there products. I would alway recommend the for your LED needs.
The staff at Solid Apollo are very knowledgeable and great to work with. The LED products is also really great; It is hard to find quality dim warm LEDs and Solid Apollo has them.
