Solid Apollo was founded in 2009 with the mission statement of bringing to the market energy efficient LED lighting and LED lighting control systems in just one place.
I had a power unit go out on LED strip lights, they checked to see if it was still under warranty even though it was purchased years ago by the folks we bought our house from. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, making the effort to understand me and what I needed, and they had the part I needed right there so I was able get everything right then.

your installation directions suck ! when the electrician was unable to get the strip lights to work we called and asked for help. Fortunately, the person we spoke with was indeed helpful, however when we were told the reason the lights were not operating, we were astounded..... The person explained that instead of the red wire to red, yellow to yellow , blue to blue, etc. we were instructed on how the wires needed to be "mis-matched" . the person told us you guys know the directions you send are wrong, but have done nothing to correct the problem. My electrician will never use you guys again!

Apollo advertised red led light strip with 660nm wavelength. Package arrived stating contents was 630 nm, a different shade of red. I called Apollo. They confirmed the lights were 630 and not 660 and said I would receive instructions for a refund. It has been 4 days and no email from Apollo has arrived. Update, all is well. Refund was issued, corrective actions taken. Very good follow up.

A representative called me to tell me that the transformer I had ordered wasn't strong enough for the lights I ordered and he suggested I buy a different one. Then he included a discount that he said ought to have been applied but wasn't, so in fact I got a small return. The representative was friendly and informative. The lights look great, and unlike other long LED light strings, they don't tangle easily. I'm very satisfied both with my interaction with Solid Apollo LED staff and with the product.

I plugged the light string in and it looks good. I am not going to put it to use until spring. I have made another purchase from Solid Apollo and was very satisfied with that one. Hopefully this will perform as well.

I purchased one of the made to order Ultra Bright Driverless LED Strip 120V AC for a new room. I had never worked with strip lights before. I wanted a high lumen light strip that I could control with a standard LED dimmer which I discovered was not that easy to find. The product I received from Solid Apollo was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. It's very bright and working perfectly with a Lutron Diva 153PH dimmer.
