Not being tech savvy I was a little dubious about doing an online download, but email supplied very easy to follow instructions for installation. Well pleased, worth purchasing as it is a one time purchase unlike the new 365 which requires yearly subscription. Would definitely recommend.

Initially skeptical because of the price - However proof of purchase was confirmed with access code being provided immediately upon purchase. Instructions as to 'how' to input the code to activate were confusing (I am not skilled on computers) - attempted to make contact with apparent 'online' chat - but received no response despite several attempts. Perservered alone with the issue & eventually managed to activate without any assistance. Would recommend this seller - but advise that the facility to speak to an online agent be reviewed as there was no response whatsoever when I tried. Thank you.
