AMAZING customer service! At first, I was a little skeptical when looking to buy Microsoft Office 2021 (it's so hard to find nowadays!) I'm always a bit wary but I looked into SoftMall and found and verified that they were an official Microsoft Partner (can be shown at the bottom of the website) and have been established for almost a decade! I decided to give it a go as the value for money was amazing! I know you can resell for low prices as other sites such as wowcher do it too, so I went ahead an bought the product I needed. Everything arrived very quickly and I didn't need to install for a couple of months until I had found a new computer for my needs. Once my existing license ran out, I installed the product I bought from SoftMall. At first, I ran into a product with my activation and installing, but I spoke to Paul right away on the website through the chat and they managed to solve my problem within minutes! Excellent value for money - only thing I might say is a bit more narrative in the instructions. Eg. it might take 60 minutes to download depending….. or if you can’t find once downloaded ….. if you move to a new computer then …. etc etc basically a little more narrative relating to various possible scenarios
