Excellent response to my purchase had the product key back almost immediately via email, a bit slow to kick off loading because I hadn’t cleared Microsoft 365 from my computer totally, thought I had but not all components. Once I had followed softmall’s instructions more closely in my email from them all went smoothly. Avoid. I originally bought the wrong operating system in which they were prompt to assist. Had issues and they stopped responding.

I was incredibly impressed both with the product and the support. I had a problem installing Office after downloading it (due entirely to my own ineptness) and used Chat to contact the help service. In no time at all the agent (Paul) had taken over my screen (with my permission) and completed the install for me. He couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. An excellent product at a very good price and superb back up.

I was very sceptical using downloads as i had paid for a key from groupon only to find out it was a collage one and would only save to the cloud not PC. I contacted Softmall via email to which i had an instant response answering my concerns instantly. Just paid and downloaded it followed the instructions and it all work's perfectly. Many thanks.

Easy download of product. Clear instructions from SoftMall to activate the product using the key that they emailed to me. Product is the Long Term Service Channel (LTSC) version of Office. i.e. it isn't Microsoft 365 with its subscription fees.

The trouble the company went to to try and get me up and running was terrific. Many thanks to Paul. Will like to do further business in future.

Unfortunately I did not realise that MS Publisher, which I use a lot, is not included in MS Office Professional Plus so am disappointed with the product not SoftMall's service. I was only aware of this once I had activated the product key.
