Do not waste your money!! Scammers Product key for Microsoft Home n Student 2021 was not an authentic Microsoft verified app. Tried several time to install - no success. No reply from chat bod and telephone number does not exist (scam ccode!) Thought price was too good to be true and it was 😡

I was really pleased with the price and the product but it wasn´t immediate delivery. The email said I would get it in half an hour but it didn´t arrive. I sent 2 emails and didn´t get a reply then on live chat I was told it would take about another hour. It did arrive but I was a bit nervous given that it didn´t arrive as stated but all turned out well in the end and it works perfectly.

Buying reasonably priced MS software is a nerve-wracking business. These people are very good, though. I had queries at various stages and a ghastly problem which turned out to be due to my unwittingly having two Microsoft accounts. Paul on the chat was prompt and intelligent. They're clearly professional.
