Requested Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021. Received an "upgrade" of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. Easy install (quick tip - large install file so allow enough time to download). 2 weeks in - all working great using Excel and Word.
I ordered Microsoft Office Pro for a reason. I have over 20 systems automated in a production environment. Softmail sent me Microsoft Office Pro Plus. (Despite the purchase being for Microsoft Office Pro). Integrating this will cost a couple of £000s in consultancy charges. Customer support doesn't seem to understand the issue, and has just sent canned responses.

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 and download from the link provide but unfortunately my Mac operating system was to old I contacted support to purchase the 2019 version but they sent me a link to a previous version of 2021 which worked perfectly. Fabulous service, fabulous price. Thank you Paul

I needed some persistence to get the software downloaded into the drive I required - there was no option to specify such requirements as with normal downloads. Why I wonder. The slightest remnant of previous MS Office software results in SoftMall's not opening. With patience and a degree of trial and error, I got there and Excel and Word now seem to working fine. Four stars is given despite these issues due to the cost vs the MS route which is extortionate when only basic home use is needed.
