Had great support from Paul via the chat facility during the installation of the product. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Buying the product was straightforward with the instant download. My only issue is that I thought I had bought Microsoft Office Professional 2019 as stated on the website and confirmatory email. However, what downloaded was Professional Plus 2019 (Paul said that SoftMall only had this product). Decided to keep it, but think it should be made clearer on the website.

Bought office and installed it following the instructions and no problems. I did uninstall all iterations of office and 365 beforehand including all the foreign language versions to be safe and it all went through very easily.
