I am a bit of a dinosaur and had a problem loading a programme. Contacted the friendly chat room assistant who was so helpful and sorted it out for me very quickly.

I purchased Microsoft Project Pro 2019 and bagged a bargain. SoftMall really put my mind at ease with this deal which I must confess seemed too good to be true. They had a link on their website which took me through to the Microsoft Partners site where they are listed as an official Microsoft distributor. Actually all the downloads then came directly from Microsoft and the software validated online upon first launch. Can't really say much more - if you're thinking of purchasing any of the software on this site I could not recommend SoftMall more highly and in fact I've been back on there today to buy another copy (so I can run it on another PC as well).

The initial code I was sent did not work, however, this was quickly resolved in the online chat. The person was very apologetic and resolved the issue immediately. So far all is working very well. Good value and good customer service.

Iv made two purchases on this website and both where great. Got an email with a code straight away. Downloaded and used office without problem. On both purchases got upgraded to professional Microsoft office

Very straight forward and clear instructions. I didn't realise that the initial file download had not completed, and that caused me a bit of anxiety, but the online chat explained that if the download file names ended in ".part" then the download was not yet complete. I waited and thereafter it was very straightforward.
