I cracked the screen of my apple watch and tried to find a company which would repair it at a reasonable cost. The repair happened swiftly ( the watch came back within less than a week ) and I was updated regularly on the progress of the repair. Excellent service and great communications. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Really good company to use for my Apple Watch Series 5 screen repair. Easily accessible, found their details online and all communications were via WhatsApp with also text updates from them. Sent my watch off last Thursday which was easy, they give you all the relevant info and recommended method of posting. Was kept updated throughout and received my watch back today (Wednesday) so had it for less than a week and including a weekend. I feel it’s really reasonably priced, I’d looked at going through Apple and the price was shocking. Anyway having received the watch back today after telling me it was completed yesterday I’m very happy with the overall service, how I was kept updated, speed of service, price and also the finished product, feels and looks like new and on initial inspection working just as good as with no lag or changes to sensitivity. I do use the watch for swimming which I haven’t been able to do yet but seems to be as normal. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again as I don’t plan on smashing my screen but if I do then currently I shall certainly use the company again.

Excellent and speedy service. Really impressed with the service from Smart Repairs UK. From sending a few photos of my Apple Watch the issue was diagnosed and a firm quote provided for the work required and clear instructions for sending watch for repair. I was provided with regular updates on receipt of my watch, status of repair and when it was returned. Sent watch on Tuesday afternoon and was repaired and returned by Saturday morning. Would recommend and definitely use again.
I was recommended to use Smart Repairs and the service has been outstanding, from a great price for the repair to responding very quick, updates when my watch was received to how the repair was going. Had my watch back in a week. I would definitely use again should I need to and will recommend to friends and family.

The display of my Apple watch cracked due to fall in a toilet. I went to Apple Watch and they said I will have to buy new Watch as they can’t repair due to no apple care. I was very disappointed. I thought there might be solution. I found Smart watch repair in google which had very good reviews. I tried and got my watch repaired as new with reasonable price. Smashed my Apple Watch screen and looked to get it repaired through apple which was going to cost a small fortune! I then found these guys and quickly got a much cheaper quote! Saw they had good reviews so decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did! The whole process was so smooth and straight forward Josh was super helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process! Excellent service throughout kept update to with progress quote was a good price even once they received Watch after assessing it they called to say I would need a new digitiser so there was no hidden fees the total they quoted was the final price in all cost me £139 with glass and digitiser for a 44 Apple Watch 6 would definitely used them again can’t thank them enough was lost without my watch lol so glad to have it back looking like new again highly recommended
